Learning by doing - Repetition and Awareness
By doing, learning. We learn everything by doing. If all you’ve ever done is read tons of books on the topic but never held the actual instrument once, i mean, how can you claim that you know to play guitar? Same is true of self-help, personal development and personal development. So many people (including me! ) read numerous authors, theories and techniques and merely skip from a single book for the other without seriously implementing any change or teaching. So, my question is: how can stop skipping from a single book towards the other and extremely start implementing change in our life?

You have to increase your awareness. You not only have to KNOW that adhering to one (or only a few) self-help techniques is way better, you also have to BELIEVE it. The most crucial part is therefore to avoid trying to find the perfect technique that will work for you, and also to start working on any technique that YOU can make work. You need to switch the equation! Repetition has an advantage though: it lets you notice that the only way up is actually by sticking to one technique and mastering it. This is correct for any other lesson we learn in your life: we repeat the same stories over and over again until we have learned the lessons from their store.learning by doing self improvement
Moreover, you are unable to teach something to anyone. You are able to only look after your own personal growth which could influence others to move in the same direction. Read my article on “Can you help someone? ” to learn more about this.
So I hope that you found and love your personal self-help techniques. Within my case, I will concentrate on these in 2014:

Mental Bank Journal
Science of having Rich (by Bob Proctor)
… and of course, I will carry on and post regularly on this blog that enables me to explain my thoughts and put some order in my busy mind!
